How an Online Session Works

2. Step 2 — Schedule: We agree on a session time that suits your time zone. We serve clients across all global time zones with flexible slots.
3. Step 3 — Prepare: Perform wudu, choose a quiet private space, have a glass of water nearby, remove any taweez or prohibited items.
4. Step 4 — Consultation: We discuss your symptoms, history, and the nature of your situation in full privacy. This helps identify what we are dealing with before diagnosis begins.
5. Step 5 — Diagnostic Ruqyah: Specific Quranic verses are recited live. Your reactions are observed to identify the type and strength of affliction.
6. Step 6 — Treatment: Targeted Ruqyah recitation is performed on the call. You will be guided through drinking the Ruqyah water prepared during the session.
7. Step 7 — Programme: You receive a personalised daily adhkar programme, Ruqyah water instructions, and self-Ruqyah guidance to continue between sessions.

What to Prepare Before Your Session

• Perform wudu (ablution) before the session begins.
• Choose a clean, quiet room where you have privacy and can hear clearly.
• Have a glass or container of water nearby — it will be recited over during the session.
• Remove taweez, amulets, or any prohibited items from your person and immediate area.
• If the session is for jinn possession, have a trusted family member or friend present as a precaution.
• Be prepared to be honest about your symptoms, when they started, and any relevant events you believe may be connected.
• Use headphones or ensure your device's speakers are clear — you must be able to hear the recitation well.

Warning Signs of Fraudulent "Online Raqis"

Unfortunately, many fraudulent practitioners operate online. Protect yourself from them:

• Diagnoses from photos or names alone — real Ruqyah diagnosis requires live Quranic recitation and reaction observation.
• Claiming to "remove magic remotely without a session" — authentic Ruqyah requires active recitation, not passive "energy work."
• Selling taweez or "protection objects" online — using, selling, or recommending taweez is not from the Sunnah.
• Claiming to know the unseen (who did the magic, what their name is) — only Allah knows the unseen. Such claims indicate soothsaying (kahanah), which is forbidden in Islam.
• Demanding large upfront payments for "removing magic permanently" — authentic Raqis are transparent about process, not making guarantees of specific outcomes.
